Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNQB marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what information this service processes, why it is processed, and how users can access or delete it. Third-party payment pages and external services have their own privacy rules; please review them before use.

Account Data and Purposes

VPNQB requires no email address to create an account; a username and password are enough. An email address is not required for registration, and providing one is not a condition of opening an account. If users voluntarily submit an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, that information is used only to handle that request. Please do not submit personal information unrelated to the issue.

Account processing involves usernames, authentication data used to verify logins, subscription status, and data usage. This information is used for authentication, subscription delivery, usage accounting, and account management. Order records include the selected plan, amount, order status, and payment result; they are used to confirm payments, process refunds, and reconcile transactions. Support ticket content is used to investigate issues and respond to requests.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNQB follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through the subscription service or retain browsing content or access history that could reconstruct browsing activity. Account data usage is used for billing calculations and does not include specific websites, pages, or communications.

Temporary session state needed while a connection is running is used only to maintain the current connection and handle transmission. It is not retained as an ongoing connection log, nor is a personal connection history created for later searches. Order, login verification, and support ticket records are account service data, not browsing logs. An anonymous no-logs policy does not prevent third-party websites from identifying users; those sites may process information according to their own accounts, cookies, and rules.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Marketing site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button interactions so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics cover use of this site's pages, not browsing activity over subscription connections; visits to international websites are not used for marketing analysis. Do not enter passwords or subscription credentials in page URL parameters.

Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Users can manage or clear this data in their browsers. Clearing it may require logging in again and may reset some preferences; clearing local data does not automatically delete server-side account or order records. Log out after using a shared device.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNQB uses order-related information and payment results to confirm receipt and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Refer to the payment page and privacy policy of the relevant third party for details on the information it processes.

Information is processed only as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, complete transactions, and meet applicable legal obligations. Processing refunds or transaction disputes may require sharing relevant order information with the payment provider. On-chain transaction records involving USDT are subject to blockchain mechanisms, and this service cannot delete public on-chain records on a user's behalf.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account data is used to provide ongoing service while an account is active. Order and refund records are retained for the period necessary to reconcile transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and site analytics are retained only as long as needed for support or analysis, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set one fixed retention period for all data.

Users can log in to the panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data, specifying the scope of the request. This service will verify account ownership before processing it. If an order or refund is still being handled, or records must be retained by law, we will explain what cannot yet be deleted and why. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so please confirm your plans for future use first. Users must clear browser local storage separately on their devices.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

VPNQB will update this page and its last-updated month if processing purposes, data categories, or user rights change. For significant changes, users will be notified through the website or user panel. A page update alone will not retroactively expand the purposes for which data is processed.

For privacy policy questions or data requests, submit a request through the user panel support tickets. Identify the relevant account and page, and avoid including passwords, complete subscription links, or unrelated payment credentials. See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for service rules and refund arrangements.
